Saturday
Today was an exciting day! I woke up early in the morning and decided to spend some time reading my favorite English book. It’s called Charlotte's Web, and it always makes me feel happy and inspired. The story is about a pig named Wilbur and his friendship with a spider named Charlotte. They go through many adventures together, and I love how they help each other.
After finishing a few chapters, I went outside for a walk with my family. We visited the park nearby, and it was so beautiful there. There were lots of trees, flowers, and birds singing happily. I tried to describe what I saw using simple English words like “green leaves,” “colorful flowers,” and “singing birds.” My mom said she was proud of me because I could use English to talk about things around me.
In the afternoon, I practiced writing short sentences in English. For example, “I am happy today” or “The sun is shining brightly.” Writing these little sentences helps me remember new vocabulary and grammar rules. Later, I watched a fun cartoon in English. It made me laugh a lot, and I even understood most of it!
Before going to bed, I wrote down three things I’m grateful for today: my family, the nice weather, and learning something new. Gratitude is important, and I think keeping a diary in English is a great way to practice and express myself.
Tomorrow, I plan to continue reading more books and maybe try cooking something with my mom. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend too!
Goodnight!
Emma
